Lab expectations
At CIL, we work hard every week. Our Research technicians commit 10-15 hours to lab work every week, and lab fellows commit 5-10 hours every week. We hold high standards for our work to maintain a strong reputation with our partners. It is essential that our work is academically grounded.
We have fun together, but we work professionally together. We keep honest and open communication with each other, and we are responsible for the projects to which we commit. All members of the lab hold each other accountable as we reach our individual goals quicker when we work together and rely on each other.
